Terms of service

These terms are between you (the business that signs up, and the people it invites) and M/s. SATUMM TRADE AND TECHNOLOGIES, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("Satumm", "we"). By using Satumm Marketing Agent you agree to them.
The service
Satumm Marketing Agent uses AI to plan, write and publish marketing content, answer comments and messages, collect leads and send follow-ups on the channels you connect. You decide what it may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can pause it at any time.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for what people in your workspace do.
- You must have the right to connect each account you connect.
Your responsibilities
- Review what the agent prepares before you approve it. Approved content is published in your name.
- Only contact people who agreed to hear from you. Do not upload bought or scraped lists.
- Follow the rules of Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp and every platform you connect, and the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, misleading claims, hate, or anything illegal.
Your content and data
You own your content and your business data. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
AI output
AI can make mistakes. The agent works from the information you give it and is built to send unclear questions to a person, but you are responsible for checking content before approving it and for the settings you choose.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance by Paddle, our payment provider, and renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Fees charged by platforms, such as WhatsApp message fees from Meta, are paid by you directly to them.
Limits and suspension
Plans have usage limits. We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these terms or a platform's rules, or that puts other customers at risk. We will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Connected platforms may change or limit their services, which can affect what the agent can do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. After closing, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
